Dr.Phalen is an excellent doctor. He diagnosed my daughter and I as Autistic. If it wasn't for Dr.Phalen, I would've not known that I had other neurological issues. Everyone in the office was nice and professional.

Dr Phelan was very thorough in his observations with my son. He's compassionate, but forward. What I found the most incredible, is after my child's diagnosis, our next visit focused on how us as parents are coping with the information. He suggests many different resources, and shares his knowledge of anything he thinks will help your child.
