ServePro cleaned up and treated mold and mildew damage in our basement bathroom, and adjoining bedroom due to plumbing leaks. The mold and mildew was extensive. The job was done promptly and efficiently. ServePro, along with our plumber, restored the area and we are very pleased with it. The employees have all been very courteous and easy to work with. I would recommend ServePro for this type of work.

We had a flooded basement and they helped us clean things up. It was really top service! We noticed the flood in the morning, they were out looking at it by the afternoon. They do have to wait a few days of no rain before a crew comes but once they all came it was clear they really know what they are doing.

After the cleanup they spray the walls to prevent mold growing. Even if for some reason we have issues with mold they will be there right by our side!

An inspection we performed based on the sellers disclosure detected a high mold count in the basement area of the home and it appears the seller didn't fully remediate the issue. I contacted ServPro, and they provided their own inspection and estimate of the work in a timely fashion. I was able to use that estimate to negotiate the final sale price of the home. They took care of the affected drywall and treated the studs that were impacted almost immediately after closing. Their workers were pleasant to deal with and they left the jobsite clean when they were done.
