The staff was very pleasant and the supervisor, Sherise was very amazing! It’s sad how these ladies are treated when they are putting themselves and their families at risk to do the public a service during times of this pandemic. Great service! Thank you for treating my children and I with care!

There are a lot of negative reviews about the staff being short with people. What you need to understand is that they are overworked. When I went, someone was just leaving. And someone was coming in as I left. It is a constant stream on patients handled by one person who has to do the check ins, testing, and paperwork all by themselves. If there is something negative to say, I would say they need additional staff. But they are doing their best with the little amount of help and high demand.

Was able to make appointment online for same day test on the weekend! What a great service. Important points: show up on time, bring ID/insurance card if you have one. Decide which test you want. 3 options available. Be nice!
