Had flowers delivered as a surprise for my Mom's birthday. My mom ended up going to Winter Park for the weekend, and the weather in town was going to be very cold. Barbara called and offered to deliver once my Mom returned vs. leaving the flowers in the cold. Awesome customer service and everyone is happy!
Mom’s Birthday alert woke me up this morning. I live across the country from my mom. Called Barbara and she saved the day. Beautiful Bouquet of flowers is in the works to show my mom how much I appreciate her. Thank you Barbara for making this happen!
I am leaving a five star review. I called from out of state as my son had just moved to Colorado and I wanted to send a basket...manly but pretty with an Easter flare. Barbara asked a few questions and made a few suggestions and hit it out of the ballpark!! She even sent me a picture after putting it together! I was impressed and more importantly my son was touched and impressed! It was full of a variety of upscale looking treats. He will enjoy it for days! Thank you Barbara for helping me send a lovely and personalized gift even though I’m almost 2,000 miles away! Very friendly and super customer service, patient and kind too!
Barbara's Custom Floral did the table arrangements (5) for my aunt's 100th birthday luncheon. They were lovely and my aunt noticed them immediately upon arrival. Everyone there also raved about them! By the way, the planning was done long distance (one telephone call) with no communication after the initial call -- Barbara designed the arrangements.
