The service department here is fantastic! Cesar Rivas was our tech and he was great. We purchased our Escalade at another dealer but had bad experiences with their service department. Can't explain how fast and smooth my transaction was. This was my 2nd purchase from a Simpson dealer. Both experiences were great but this one was amazing. Big thanks to Chris Cwynar and the team. By far one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly and professional, answering all questions and making sure all of our needs were met. Drove off in the car we wanted at a fantastic price. Will definitely be back!
