Acura of Laurel

I had such a smooth car buying experience at Acura of Laurel yesterday. Ronald Diaz was wonderful! He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, patient and was a pleasure to work with. The part we all dread going into the Finance office, well it was a breeze. Bruce was great! Very friendly (even mentioned he lived near me), explained everything and just made me feel comfortable signing my life away lol. I have to say it was an all-around amazing (SUV) car buying experience at Acura of Laurel. I will be referring everyone Ronald's way! Just can't thank them enough!!

My most recent experience at Acura of Laura was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve EVER had at a car dealership. From beginning to the end, the Service Dept staff were terrific from beginning to end. Mr. Michael Powell was my service advisor. From the moment I arrived until the moment he told me my vehicle was ready, Mr. Powell was attentive and super professional. I’ll remember him going forward. He was fabulous.

I have had my car serviced since I bought it New in 2012. The service has always been exceptional. If I had an appointment or not the service department always let me know the cost before proceeding to do the service. The sales associates are always nice and friendly, greeting you with a smile. I would not have my service done at any other place then Acura of Laurel, they are the best.

I've been a loyal customer for 15+ years and this dealership is top notch. The car buying experience has always been a pleasure and the service department is equally as great. Just purchased another car from them 2 weeks ago and I'm extremely satisfied. If you're considering an Acura, you should check them out. If you're going to check them out, Tony Sia is a must see.
