Charles was awesome. Very prompt and diagnosed the issue quickly. Since ut was a very simple fix he was able to perform the repair with no charge and showed me how to address it should it occur again. I will be using them go forward for any plumbing needs. No trip charge or service fee is a huge bonus to boot. Strong reccommdation.

Our water bill was on the rise for no reason. Kyle and Aaron responded quickly and professionally with great a customer friendly approach. They went to work found a couple of problem areas (exterior) and without hesitation remedied all issues. Kyle and later Brian answered several questions on our current hot water status and offered suggestions for future changes. All said we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend "Second Opinion Plumbing".

First time using Second Opinion, and I was impressed. Charles was the plumber that helped us. He understood exactly what needed to be done after asking a few questions. He was fast, did the work perfectly, and we were charged a very reasonable rate. Will use them again!
