    I was surprised to see how thorough this class really was. The presenter covered so much in a very short time. I've taken other classes before, but this one is far better than any others I've taken. HOPEFULLY, I won't need any others again. I GET IT NOW!

    As a professional in the medical healthcare fields, I can highly recommend this class on anger management. It covers all the basic aspects of managing ones anger and then goes deeper into giving individuals personal insight into their behavior. I give this program a 5 star because it's complete in only one day.
