Nice folks and very helpful in making decisions. Excellent installer. He even helped me work out thresholds for hardwood flooring I installed after he left. Extremely helpful.

Dalton West carpets just did my flooring throughout my entire upstairs, it is absolutely beautiful and they did a fantastic job. Cassidy and her whole team were super helpful and so quick to respond! The installation team was fast, clean, professional, and I could not be more pleased!!

Such a great experience. Dalton and Billy were a fantastic team. Did a great job on the floor and felt very comfortable having them in my home during the time it took them to install the floor. Highly recommend them for installing hardwood floors!

Really amazing customer service from the beginning to the end. Everyone was helpful, polite and so easy to work with. You don't normally find this level of customer service these days. I would recommend to anyone I know!
