LMC was a please to work with. Once we agreed to price and signed the contract they went to work. The workers were kind and clean in appearance. They took care to maintain grounds. When the job was completed the thoroughly cleaned the area. LMC even walked the driveway and walkway with a magnet picking up all the nails and screws, nice touch. I have no problem re-hiring this company.

Owner Luis is a trust worthy men. My next door neighbor hired him, seeing their work immediately hired him. He does the job right and finish the work on time. His workers are very hard working person. We hired him for rubber roof but used him for deck insulation/repair. They did fabulous job on both deck and roof. I will be hiring him for other work as the owner Luis says they do everything!! So thank you so much guys foe your beautiful and hard work!!!

We are lucky to find LMC, very quick to our call for quote, we compared a few companies and they have the best prices and quickest response. Signed in 2 days and his crew arrived in 2 days later, they came in very early but yet so quiet and quick in starting the job. All area around the house are all well cleaned up. No mess left behind. Our new roof looks fantastic, very professional and great craftsmanship. Everything lined up so beautifully. Thank you so much LMC!
