(April 21, 2020, 4:14 pm)I began seeing Tamara in August, 2019 because of Ulcerative Colitis (UC) and the desire to lose weight. To-date (April, 2020), I have lost 43 pounds and dramatically reduced the UC symptoms.
I worked with Tamara on changing my diet to find something I could live with on a long-term basis. We have set reasonable and healthy strategies for my long-term goal of losing another 60+ pounds. It is a plan that I will gladly stick to.
I HIGHLY recommend Tamara and Specialty Nutrition. I has been a very pleasant and successful process. -
