The best meat products you will find around. Everything I have tried I have loved, his maple bacon is out of this world. He uses real Vermont maple syrup and even real maple sugar neither of which is cheap so with that in mind the bacon is worth every dime. If you have a special request he goes out of his way to meet your expectations.
