Paul is amazing. I love the fact that each service associate has a designated area. This really builds a great rapport with families and the service associate. The service that Paul provides to me and my mom Ia outstanding. We love Bug Out and appreciate that bugs do not make it far in our homes :-)

Our lawn looks better now with Bug Out service than with any other company I've tried and believe me, I've tried them all. Great customer service.....when there's a problem, it's always addressed promptly and professionally, usually the next business day.
