Carter's Plumbing of Waterford

I needed a gas line shut off valve installed with a longer line so my stove could be pulled out of cupboards for new countertops to be installed. It also brought it up to code having a shut off right at the stove. Jeremy was great. Explained everything and was very knowledgeable and professional as well as personable, very friendly and I will use carter plumbing again and definitely will tell my friends about them.

Workmanship of Plumber(Mike) very professional,on time,and educating. Very knowledgeable in his line of work. Only thing I did not appreciate was how the owner of company does not not apply a portion of the initial service fee to the installation of the hot water heater( second visit)....all companies do that. But payment has nothing to do with my satisfaction of the plumber. I would use this company again

Derek was extremely thorough, professional and did an exceptional job! Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the price, seems like it was a little overpriced which was a hard pill to swallow but the job needed to be done.
