We purchased our first apartment through Kate and her assistant Tanya in August 2021. Even though there were lots of complications (we were traveling at that time and had to do all communications and viewings remotely, we had strict time constraints and needed to close the deal and move into our new house by a certain deadline, etc.), Kate and Tanya made the whole process very smooth and easy for us.
