Danny performed a repair today, called and he was here in 30 minutes, just got lucky with the timing. He rebuilt the control piston on an iron tank that was just cycling thru backwash without stopping. I don't doubt that another provider would have said I needed an entirely new control unit and I would probably have waited a month for a back-ordered, expensive module. Instead he took it apart and rebuilt it. He's excellent!
I have a 25 year old water softener and iron filter that had begun malfunctioning. I checked around several places for pricing and services. I called and spoke to Danny at Rochester water conditioning. He was able to come out that night to check my system. He is an extremely honest and punctual person. He keeps you informed and does exactly what he says. He gave me a good price on an excellent system and installed it the following weekend. I'm super happy with the system and the installation. I highly recommend him!
I too highly recommend Rochester Water Conditioning. Called late Friday before Labor Day and Danny (the owner) was at my door Tuesday before noon. He and his co-worker checked the softener and found the problem in short order, installed the new part and now it works good as new. You can tell Danny is an honest man with high integrity and fair pricing as well. He's the man I will call again if I have issues and recommend to others.

31 years ago Danny from Rochester Water Conditioning installed a water softener and iron filter in my new home. Today, 9/26/2020, I had to replace them after 31 years of service.
