She clearly knows what she's doing, and even as someone with multiple physical disabilities, she wasn't phased & had no trouble adapting. Not only that, but she's a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the health of the body! She's crazy smart, and a wonderful person to boot! Knowledgeable, experienced, and CARES-exactly what we all want!

I feel very comfortable and safe as she communicates each step of the way. She is focused on what I need and how my body relates to the pressures and stretches.
