Love it! Great coaches and staff. The clients are very friendly and encouraging as well - not an intimidating place like some other studios and facilities. After taking a long hiatus due to an injury, I felt very comfortable returning whereas in other places, I would have felt self-conscious

This is a great gym to feel like you are not alone with your workout and have guidance as to what to do in order to get your body to work out to its fullest. Unfortunately for me, the schedule this gym has is not very accessible. I would have loved to see at least classes around 7 pm or 8 pm. Those would be so much more accessible for a mom with a toddler and a full time job.

Love everything about OTFCS-WN!!
I’m greeted by name every time. Coaches know me; they support my fitness goals and continually motivate me. The workouts consistently challenge me and each one is unique day after day, month after month. Members are supportive of each other. It’s a strong community.

Orange theory is a workout for everyone! Orange theory is such a personalized workout that it is for ALL fitness levels. The community is so welcoming and I felt no anxiety after completing my first workout!

The entire staff is absolutely fantastic! Each coach is wonderful and brings different aspects to the workout! Coach Brian has been personally helpful in my fitness journey! He is incredibly inspirational and really pushes you to be the best you can be. You would never think he is having a bad day because he is ON each workout that he coaches!

Seriously could not recommend this workout enough! I am an overweight mother who is coming back from a c-section 7 months ago. I have two children one being two and half and one 7 months old. OTF workouts are exciting and worth taking the time to do!
