I like that it's close to family. You can come and go as you please. If you have problems, they'll help you with it. Friends who visited from West Bend all wanted to come out here!

Staff is very nice--- very helpful if you need something. Make you feel at home. It's in a nice, quiet area. The surroundings are real pleasant. Summers are especially nice to be outside. And you meet some really nice people.

This facility has lovely amenities and a very warm and welcoming staff.

My 96 year old father moved into Hamilton House two weeks ago. He is really happy and we are delighted with what is available. The staff has been so helpful- from administration to friendly front desk, and maintenance guys available to help. Professional and personal, a perfect combination to make people welcome and feel at home. What a great choice for our family. We feel confident that our dad’s we’ll being is in great hands. He will thrive here!

The Hamilton House has been very efficient and very understanding, with both parents living there. When our father passed in December, the staff was very comforting, and we were able to be with our mother, which was very comforting for all of us. Both our parents have been taken care of very well, and my mother is doing well, after our father passed. My father would say that the food was excellent, and he was happy at the Hamilton House with our mother. The staff has taken care of both parents, and their comments have been excellent on how they have been treated by the staff. .
