Eric Howard did a thorough inspection of a 112 year old home I am considering buying. He was thorough and reviewed the results of his inspection with me and my realtor on site in order to ask any questions. He had all photos downloaded on his laptop and showed us exactly what he was referring to.. I would DEFINITELY use him again.

They confirmed my appointment quickly and the process of setting up the inspection and sending payment was all electronic and easy to do.
