I have been a member since December and I absolutely love it! The energy and vibe is exactly what I was looking for! Super welcoming staff and made me feel right at home on my first class! I would 100% recommend coming to F45 Langtree!

F45 workouts are great! They are perfect mix of full body cardio and strength. The coaches are devoted and take the time to make sure your form is correct and are invested in getting to know you personally. F45 Langtree is a fun and inviting atmosphere! The coaches and members make working out fun!

I was looking for a gym that offered early morning classes with a good variety of workouts that wouldn't leave me feeling bored or in a rut so I decided to try F45. I got exactly what I was looking for. I've learned so much about strength training and good form from the coaches here. Plus, as a busy full time working outside the home mom, I love the 45 minute efficient but super effective workouts!

Great variety of workouts with motivating coaches.
Great full body workout that is challenging and provides results. The group setting provides a team environment in which we are all shooting to attain our fitness goals.

I have been a member since October 2021 and I love it. F45 Langtree has a real sense of community within its members which makes showing up to the classes much more enjoyable. I look forward to showing up to the workout and each day being a different workout!
