Staff offer meal planning and there's a body composition measurement scale to track your progress to see if you're getting the results you want. Tracks body fat weight, muscle weight, hydration levels , etc.

My only critique would be that nothing is priced. So if you don't know the general cost of what your purchasing your left to question the staff on it or be surprised by your total.

Still a far greater experience than walking into a GNC by far.

If you're looking for creatine during this shortage, these guys are stocked up.

I was super impressed with the knowledge and the customer service I experienced today! Everyone is so friendly and attentive, they were so busy and not once did I feel forgotten about, I can definitely see why it fills up In this place. I met with Jordan and she helped put together a Keto meal plan for me and got me started with some tasty products to help me in my weight loss journey and loved that she was never pushy about what to get, I had to ask if I can get some products to help and I loved not feeling obligated and she made sure I understood the products I would be taking and how to properly maximize weight loss on keto. I am so grateful and she made me feel comfortable and excited about the process and look forward to the progress I will make thanks to the break down and tools this team has given me. Thank you!

This place is hands down the best. The entire staff is extremely friendly. They have vast knowledge of the product they provide and always make time to give me all the info I need to make educated decisions. I would highly recommend to everyone.
