Moved in July 5 and could not be more pleased with everything! The management team is wonderful! The full time maintenance keeps the grounds and amenities like new. It's close to restaurants and shopping (and family). It's been a wonderful move for me!!

Marquis luxury apartments are beautiful & clean. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. They ensure that their tenants are comfortable & safe. Story time…….My girlfriend and I were looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome a little over 3 years ago and at the time, we met with Marquis at Morrison Plantation’s current Property Manager, Denise L. to view the property and amenities. Unfortunately at the time, they had no available units in the size that we were hoping to find. Denise L. informed us that she would keep us in mind if any 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome units became available any time soon. Amazingly, 2 months after our initial visit, Denise L. contacted us about about a vacancy in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit that we had previously expressed interest in. After viewing the unit, property and amenities again, we made a HUGE decision to move and proceeded to complete Marquis at Morrison Plantation’s paperwork and rental lease agreement which was a breeze to complete however, the move from Hickory, NC was not. It was quite costly and lengthy for us ☹️, but now almost 3 years later, Marquis at Morrison Plantation is still our home 🥰 so the 4 LONG days of moving here was well worth it in the end. The property is located centrally in Mooresville, NC and is within a short driving distance (less than 2 miles) to all major shopping retailers and food restaurants. It’s very convenient to have some of those establishments located within a short walking distance of the property as well. The entire office staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional when it comes to dealing with residents. Exceptional customer service is their primary focus, which they have delivered each and every time that I’ve had an issue or a question pertaining to the property. I can personally attest to the fact that CWS hires only the best of the best when it comes to the property’s maintenance crew. All those guys are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and fast when it comes to diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues. I say this with the utmost respect when referring to the current office staff, they treat everyone here like family even pets and I’m proud to say that Marquis at Morrison Plantation is currently my home and will be for many more years to come.

Finding a senior home care can be challenging, with faith living senior home care it was home. We found a family. We went to visit and we felt in love. We came visit on a Saturday afternoon and we found a whole concert with classic music, violon, cello the musician were live in the backyard to entertained the senior citizen, all of them had a big smile on their face. The place is clean, smell good and the rooms are big. There is a lot of activities to stimulated the senior citizens concert, games my grandma is in good hand. I call everyday to have a report on her stay i feel like we are a team.
