I feel comfortable having a Dr that I feel like I can depend upon. Dr. Cooper is informative and punctual. With my experience he is very attentive to hearing what I have to say, and responds the way I would expect a medical doctor to respond. I can call for an appointment and possibly get in same day. Most places are not as convenient. I like calling and talking to a human and not getting lost in an automated telephone system. When talking to office people they seem to be friendly and informative. I have read some of the other Google reviews and I haven't experienced what others have experienced. So far I have had four appointments over a period of 2 years with Dr. Cooper and all good.
