We had a plane departure delay and ended up needing to stay for our connecting flight in the early AM. Emily was able to handle our request at the front desk with ease, a smile and friendly banter. She was able to secure us cookies even though we arrived late in the evening. It is wonderful friendly customer service that make us want to stay at Double Trees all the time (of course the cookies help a little too!!) Super comfy beds and great sleep for us. Special shout out to the nice bartender and the great food they served!!

The room I chose on the 8th floor was nice. Kind of small. The bathroom was definitely small. The air conditioner made a chirping noise. Took a while for the hot water to kick in. Lots of remodeling on the lower levels.
On that note. The staff was exceptional and friendly, and I had a great experience overall.

I enjoyed staying there, the shuttle service to and from the airport was superb. The hotel environment was peaceful. The Staff did a great job in making us feel welcomed. It will definitely be a go to for any future travels.

Fossils sold here are incredibly high quality specimens. I have never been disappointed and have dealt with this company for over 15 years. Owner Gary is very friendly and knowledgeable.
