The Brick was great to deal with when purchasing a new couch. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We waited 6 weeks for our couch and after waiting 6 weeks, we got a call to say that it would be another 6 weeks due to Covid delays (understandable in these times). The Brick staff was in contact with us the whole time which is appreciated. The delivery on the other hand was terrible. I believe they use a third party for delivery. Delivery guys were rude, rushed and did not assemble the couch or take away the packaging like they were supposed to. Customer service at The Brick took care of everything immediately when I called about the issue. I would purchase from The Brick again, but I would be very hesitant on using their delivery services.

When my dryer failed. I went to find a lightly used or new appliance. And all other shops had me waiting a week or more for delivery even to their store. Even for service on a lightly used appliance was too long and too close to new prices.
I went to the brick, they had a fantastic sale. And their sales agent was fast as well as informative.
Two days later I had my brand new dryer home. And for much less cost than I expected. For high quality.
