I was referred to Dr Shimokaji by a colleague whilst I was visiting the area and was experiencing a serious eye condition. Thankfully Dr Shimokaji and her team were able to take me under their wing and manage my condition over the coming weeks until I was fully recovered and able to safely return to Scotland.

The service was first class, I was kept fully informed from start to finish which was very reassuring for me being overseas.

I cannot recommend highly enough the Marin Eye and Ear practice.

I recently had Botox done by Dr. Shimokaji, and am very pleased with the results. Within days all my forehead lines, crows feet, and smile lines were gone!

My experience with Dr. Shimokaji was great! I came in to get some jeuveau for my forehead and the results were exactly what I wanted. Everything went by so smoothly and I definitely recommend her for botox!

I woke up with a severe sinus infection and had to see someone on short notice because the pain was overwhelming. Thank God I found Marin Eye and Ear. Dr. Shapiro saw me promptly and solved most of the issue. Super cool, nice and friendly guy. His wife Dr. Shimokaji is the ophthalmologist at the office, she was very friendly and professional as well! Staff was helpful, would highly recommend!

This is a 10 STAR eye and ear office. I needed to be seen today for loss of vision in my left eye. I was seen immediately and my medical issue explained throughly as well as calling my son on his cell phone. The office was extremely professional as well as the friendly staff. I also had trouble hearing and was seen on the same day with Dr Michael Shapiro-- very expert and great bedside manner. GO HERE!
