My clerk today (Ashley I think) was super friendly and helpful! She helped me figure out a great creative solution for multiple things that needed to be taken care of. She really listened to what I was after, which I really appreciate. I was in and out as quick as I could have hoped, with everything managed. Couldn't ask for more!

My appointment this morning was fantastic! The clerk who helped me was friendly and so quick. My appointment started as soon as I arrived and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This was easily the best appointment I have had a motor vehicle department in my 40 years. Like others have mentioned, I was told ahead of time what I needed to bring and the email and text reminders were much appreciated. Will definitely go back for any future needs!

Our appointment for getting new plates with Clerk 1 was flawless. She was very professional, personable, efficient and excellent with customer service. She asked about whether our other cars had Joint Tenancy that was eye opening as we did not know. And we have immediately updated with our title records. Very appreciative of her service. Andrew

This was a great experience with one exception. If you go to get your plates and use a credit card, you will be charged an extra 3% fee for processing the card. This wasn't mentioned in any of my on line paperwork.
However, the rest of the experience was excellent! The clerk at station 4 was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my transaction. The whole process of checking in, getting my plates and leaving was less than a 1/2 hour.

Went to get a new title for a vehicle after we paid it off. Love the appointment system they have going right now. I didn't have to wait at all and the clerk was great. She even noticed that my plates were due next month and I was able to pay for them at the same time. It's funny how you can use a credit card in person without a fee, but if you try to renew online with a credit card, they use a payment processing vendor that charges a fee. Go figure.
