These guys were the best. Constant communication and care through an absolute nightmare with Fords repair and service. Never thought I'd find a collision shop I'd recommend to absolutely everyone and found I have. Highly recommend for their customer service and quality, 10 star rating in my book, Thank You Greenfield Collison.

Great shop with excellent costumer service. Brian kept us updated with details and went above an beyond even after service was completed. We took it to the dealership because some sensors came up. Pretty straightforward experience, and a 100% positive one. I worked directly with Jill, Matt, and Mike. From day one, I felt more comfortable than any other shop that I've stopped in because of their straightforwardness and transparency. I was in a collision due to icy roads, and we sat down with a shared computer screen to go through cost of repairs line by line. I had to pay out of pocket (not insurance claim), so we discussed options for salvage parts as well as new parts. They kept me informed throughout the process and always returned calls and messages that were missed. Above and beyond in every way

My 2021 Rangers hood was damage in windstorms a few weeks ago, they got me in fast. Greenfield Collision was in my car insurance network, Progressive. Seem less experience. Dropped my truck off on 12-21 & had it back on 12-23 with a new hood put on, two day turnaround !

Paint Color match is perfect ! Great experience with Greenfield & The manager Mike. They even cleaned the inside of my truck , VERY cool. Highly recommend them and they will definitely be my first call should I need body work again.
