Adele Besner, PSYD

I can’t say enough positive things about the impact Dr. Adele has had on me. I did not know anything about her before I started working with her, other than what I could see on her website and that she was covered by my health insurance. I interviewed two other therapists and ultimately chose Dr. Adele. I had also never worked with a therapist before and don’t love the stigma that comes with it but I’m not going to anyone else until the day she retires lol.

To me, she’s more of a mind architect than a therapist. She is so experienced and compassionate and genuinely wants the best for you. She put all the puzzle pieces together so quick, connecting different life experiences that I didn’t even know had a correlation.

Her office is also run very well. Her secretary is responsive and respectful.

Dr. Besner has been with me for almost 5 years. Her guidance and sessions have been monumental to my growth and journey. I cannot recommend her enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Besner and how she has improved the quality of my life. Her office manager, Nanci is fabulous with scheduling and reminding you of your appointments. Dr. B's demeanor and style is exactly what I needed. She really cares about her patients and is just the best!

After seeing several therapists I have stayed with Adele Besner for over a year now. She truly cares about me being the best version of myself. Adele is one of the most kind, caring, loving, and intelligent women I know. I look up to her tremendously and have seen a very positive change in myself since beginning therapy with her. Each session sets the stage for powerful breakthroughs, personal revelations, and the releasing of creative potential. I am very pleased with her work and I recommend anyone, any age, seek out her help. I will soon start family sessions with her and am so happy she offers family/early childhood counseling as well!
