Since I have started with Puravida, I have learned much about fitness and nutrition. one works with the other in what you do and what you eat and when to eat. One on one is I think the best way to exercise. You can converse with your trainer and they will coach you to a better fit life. Jacob has been most helpful in teaching me all of this and they are all a double plus in my book. I will continue working with these people for a while and enjoy every minute of it no matter how much aches and pain. Makes a person look forward wanting to go back for the next set. They have a plan and now you do too. stick with them, you'll see results.

Erik is a phenomenal trainer! He's extremely knowledgeable and very motivating. Would highly recommend Puravida to all fitness levels.

Erik is fantastic! This past winter I was extremely discouraged because of all the restrictions and challenges I was facing because of my recovery from breast cancer. Erik started me on a doable, realistic plan to come back. Erik has held me accountable, has motivated me, and has inspired me. I am more active now than I have been in years, and I'm making much better food choices.

Highly recommend this gym! The gym is clean and accessible but the owners and trainers are what keep me coming back! They are so helpful with setting my goals and keeping on track as well as supporting and motivating me to do well! The group classes are fun and kick butt at the same time.

Friendly staff, its clean, and the equipment is kept up. I'm always greeted when I arrive. Some nice options available if you want to add more to your workout. Reasonable too!
