As an entrepreneur, I pride myself on using my intuition to guide me along my business growth. My gut spoke to me in December of 2019, ten years into my business, that my business had inefficiencies and was losing growth opportunities each month if I didn’t radically change something fast. I was tired of living month to month as a one-member, limited liability company, with no freedom in sight. I knew a coach of some kind was needed. In January of 2020, I came across one of Paul’s videos on Facebook where he was working with another small business. My gut instantly reacted with a hell yes! I knew in that instant that I needed to book a meeting with him. As a business owner, when you’re ready to grow, you will know. Listening to that voice is the most important gift we have. Fast forward, I met with Paul in a new coffee shop in downtown Vancouver. We were supposed to meet for thirty minutes, but he ended up giving me an hour of his time because he was as fired up about my brand as I was. I was ready to sign up for a 3-month package when I started to think about my own niche. Real growth happens best in intervals over time, so I changed my plan to one year package. A month later, covid hit and all industries completely changed overnight. Paul not only provided the much-needed support I needed during a once in a lifetime experience, but he helped guide my business to growth and success when many businesses were failing. Paul supported me by implementing key funnel communication emails to prospective clients, continued support on website edits, changing sales packages, marketing support to all business contacts, and provided a network of other professionals I needed along the way (i.e., internet, phone, lawyers, accounting, web site support). I literally blinked and two years has gone by since we have started working together, the inner and outer growth is felt on all levels. Although I am not Paul's only client, he goes above and beyond to be there in any time of need. I applaud at his respond time and respect the space he gives to my business everyday - not just the days we meet. I will always look back on that moment and know that bringing him on my team was one of the best business decisions I ever made. I just completed my first year with Paul and Tributary. Professionally and personally, 2021 has been a year of huge transition.
