Tim was amazing!!! Got us in short notice and was able to deliver the car to us when finished. A few days later we had an engine light come on and we called him and he immediately responded and met us in the Safeway parking lot. He was able to diagnose it rapidly and cleared the fault. We were super impressed with his customer service and now has a lifelong customer!! Can’t say enough good things about him!!

Tim Goodfellow is WONDERFUL and really knows his BMW’s inside and out!! I was happy to support him in opening his own place and gladly handed over my Z4 to him. He communicated everything that needed to be completed from oil change to new breaks and everything in between – he even reprogramed my key! Having known Tim for years I was extremely happy when I heard he opened his own shop and was confident I would get top notch service at a competitive price. My 2004 Dodge Durango was in need of some TLC Tim went over it top to bottom finding short cuts other service centers had taken with lower quality parts taking pictures of the old parts vs new as he went and communicated with me the entire time. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
PS He also worked on my daughter's 2013 VW Passat it had leaked oil for years with other mechanics saying they couldnt find the leak one look and it is now drip free whatever you drive he can work on!

I own two Volkswagens. Both needed TLC. The Tiguan started overheating a bit and Tim diagnosed the cracked water pump. Fixed it in a few hours and I was off to the races. Highly recommend!
