Amazing gym and place to take your athletic performance to the next level. Amanda is so nice and a hard worker. She will help u with everything. This place rocks !

It's getting better...

Started going to Level Up and Amanda is AMAZING! You can tell she knows her stuff. My boy is doing her speed classes and I have not see results like this with anything else we have tried. I would recommend trying Level Up out to anyone!

I also do her adult strength program. It is customized to what I want to get out of working out! She is very encouraging and knows her stuff in all the programs she offers! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Can't THANK Amanda & Deon with LEVEL UP enough for all their positive words and encouragement over the past few weeks. I have actually enjoyed working out and look forward to going back daily. I love how they push me in positive way to meet my personal & fitness goals. Their one on one training is awesome for both adults and children. I'm impressed to see the interaction and workouts they create on daily basis for all levels.
