Ultimate Psychiatry

This entire practice has been incredibly helpful and professional to me. Dr. Tukdi has been wonderful and his staff are very consistent with regard to scheduling follow-ups and communicating with patients. The telemedicine option is especially great for those of us who may not have the flexibility for in-person appointments. Very grateful to have connected with Ultimate Psychiatry!

I have been seeing Dr. Tukdi via telemedicine for a few months now. If you want to know what it's really like, read this full review. If you want a TLDR, just skip to the bottom.

You will pay to reserve an appointment because people no showing mess things up for everyone. They will apply it to future copays though, so it's not wasted. I was very happy that my initial appointment was scheduled for less than two weeks after the time I first called.

For the new patient paperwork, print it, fill it out, then use a PDF scanner app with your phone to capture everything and send it in. I think you could probably also complete most of it electronically but I didn't try.

Dr. Tukdi is AWESOME. During my first appointment, he took the time to listen, asked questions and really listened to my responses. My previous psychiatrist would just kind of nod along but didn't really seem to hear me. Dr. Tukdi pointed out that one of my medications hadn't been prescribed correctly and he made a minor adjustment that made a big difference. When I asked about trying a different medication for my ADHD, he was absolutely on board, but his first concern was the price. It's expensive! Thanks to Dr. Tukdi, though, I was able to get on the manufacturer's patient assistance program.

At each follow up appointment, he is thorough but brief. I don't have to block off a ton of time for appointments. He is always on time and is always so friendly and easy to talk to. I honestly can't say enough positive things about my experiences with him. All of the staff I've spoken to on the phone have been very kind and helpful too.

My prescriptions are sent immediately to my pharmacy with no issues. I get follow up calls to schedule new appointments and reminder calls so I don't miss one.

TLDR: Dr. Tukdi is AWESOME. He listens and cares. Getting started will require you to make a deposit and fill out some paperwork - and it's your responsibility to make sure you follow the procedures. I had 0 issues. 10/10 Recommended!
