What a wonderful deal this was! I called on a Friday and Morgan set me up with Dr Keefe for Monday. Everyone was friendly and efficient including the assistant and the doctor. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my issue in the rearview mirror. Thank you so much!
Dr. Keefe and the ENT staff at Lakeview are beyond competent, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone having any ears, nose, and throat issues!
Dr. Lassen did an excellent job for me. His diagnosis was "spot on" from the very beginning. He took his time, explaining in detail what was wrong with my ear and exactly what was necessary to fix it. He told me what to expect from the surgery and again he was right. He was patient and answered my questions in a way I understood, without talking "down" to me. During each of my visits, Dr. Lassen took his time and never rushed through the exam. It's been 3 months since my surgey and I'm very satisfied with the results. His office staff, Gloria and Tracey were also quite pleasant and professional. Dr. Lassen has all of the qualifications and traits I wanted in my Doctor, and I'm completely satisfied. I vigorously recommend Dr. Lassen.
