I was suffering from hot flashes from my cancer diagnosis when I decided to go to Raleigh Acupuncture Associates and it was the BEST thing I could’ve done!! It was my first time getting acupuncture and Jinmei made the process easy and comfortable for me. After going once a week for seven weeks, my hot flashes drastically reduced. It is now completely manageable and I have Jinmei to thank. She is kind, caring, and treats you as a whole person, not just a symptom. She is also extremely knowledgeable and always willing to share her vast experience. Raleigh Acupuncture Associates is an amazing practice. It is clean and relaxing. I look forward to each session. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the practice and Jinmei!

I have had a great experience with Jade and I am so glad I decided to start acupuncture and herbal medicine therapies. Jade always listens to and addresses all of my concerns and adjusts treatments accordingly. I came here with stomach issues, migraine, mental health issues and more, and I feel that these treatments have made a difference for me. I have been feeling much better since I started treatment with Jade and I always look forward to my appointments. The treatments are sooo relaxing and I always get into a deep meditative state that feels very healing and restorative.

A great plus is they filed with my insurance and the treatments are covered for me under my plan (unitedhealthcare)

*Update, my stomach issues have drastically subsided and my lactose intolerance has also decreased drastically.
My migraines and mental health issues have also greatly improved (but it is notable that for those diagnoses I also receive several other forms of treatments)

I would absolutely recommend Jade to anyone experiencing any chronic health issues

I suffered with extreme anxiety for a few years and I’ve taken just about every medicine to try and treat it with no success. Therapists help in the moment, but not very helpful when it’s 2:00 in the morning and you’re having a panic attack. After my first appointment with Mark my anxiety slowly tapered off and we have reached a point where I go once a month. I haven’t had ANY anxiety or panic attacks in over two months. Best decision I ever made was to start going to see Mark. Professional, friendly, and has helped me when all other treatments haven’t. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

It doesn't get better than Mark. I worked with him for about two years after dealing with a tremendous amount of chronic pain. Let me tell you, that is only half of it though. The other half of this healing is coming from Mark himself. He cares. He cares about you getting better and living to your full potential, and you FEEL it. I truly think that has a lot to do with your healing process.
Anyway, I am devastated that I moved so far away from him because my life truly changed when I started seeing him.
If you're considered acupuncture at all, go. Go see Mark. Commit to a month of treatments. You deserve it.
