This place is very nice.
I must say in the beginning I was looking for every reason not to like this place. However, right from the first encounter with Adam, the manager, I have nothing but good things to say. He was very friendly, solutions-oriented, and had a lot of information about the building. The units are updated with nice finishing. The location is in a 1 mile radius of just about anything you could possibly need. It’s right next to CSUN, and surprisingly peaceful. I very happy with my decision to move here.
Nice area everything is close, the only problem is sleeping in the weekends I've been there for a year, and neighbors are too loud.
And summers are extremely hot 3rd floor its an oven, besides that its not bad mornings and afternoons are calm and quiet but if your looking for traffic you got it.
Update 2019:
Been here for 5 years now... noise went down which is great. New manager been fixing all the little details.. there new paint and the place is much cleaner.. so im updating my 3 stars to 4.
