I just purchased lot 165 a nice 3 bedroom 2 baths double wide. Amber was awesome and DJ we're easy to deal with yes we had few bumps in the road with Corona virus delaying the rehab process but That Dj and Amber went out there Way to make me and my family happy .They were very professional and answered all my concerns .As a first time home owner I can say with certainty I feel safe at crystal springs estates. And that office manager DJ Powell really cares about his subdivision he's always on the go making sure everything and everyone is on top on there game. THAT MAN NEEDS A RAISE..Out standing team in that office DJ for president of yes property's this is Mr Hernandez aka big Chico west side the best side duuuuuuuvalllIl county I'm out..

I have nothing but good things to say about this community. Amber went above and beyond to get us in the house. We had a few problems with the house after we bought it but she was on top of all of them everything was fixed before we moved in no questions asked the community is clean and quiet I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking all our neighbors that we have met are super nice and willing to lend a hand if u need them definitely happy with our decision to call crystal springs estates our Home!
