I HATE banking its a sore subject that I avoid at all costs I don’t know a lot its not my expertise. ANNA continuously gives an excellent personal experience every dang time (silly and fun) willing to make it work and not a passive help that everybody is. She makes me want to work towards my goals, I’m a small business owner and I feel like I now have the potential to expand and be big. She doesn’t pretend to know it all and gives great direction (AND IS Real and human). I didn’t even know she was the branch manager she is always a teller in action. This places stands out because of her and the group. Top Notch. Her and Rachel make me laugh and Allissa has great humor.

I've had my own checking and savings account for 30 years now. I had tried several different banks before I found Alaska USA Federal Credit Union. I've been with Alaska for 9 years now and I'm still impressed. My money is safe, their staff is knowledgable, respectful and always helpful. On the rare occasion I've had issues, like my credit card getting hacked or getting double charged on a purchase, Alaska has always stepped up and taken excellent care of me and my money. I'm here to stay. Thanks Alaska!
