PTR Games

In November of 2021 I took my PS3 to get the hard drive replaced, they did a great job to my PS3, they were and knowledgeable in there and I’m so glad I can play my PS3 again and PTR Games is one of the best place to get your game console repair.

Good game shop with fair prices. Knew this place since middle school and it's sad to hear they're closing down. They may be gone but their memories and customer satisfaction will still remain.

I was looking for a Xbox 360 console so I gave PTR a call to see if they had any available for purchase. They had two available, so I told Andi over the phone that I would be stopping by that evening. I shared that I have purple hair, so I’ll be very easy to recognize. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Andi, who then ran to the back to pull the console I was interested in. Without prompting, Andi plugged in the console and grabbed a game for me to test it out. What a fantastic idea! This way I would know the unit works before I take it home. Ended up buying the console, which came with all the cables and one controller (and I added in a charger for the controller). Awesome experience from the phone call to me walking out the door. Thanks to Andi for making it a really great experience.
