    Dr. Penaranda and staff are wonderful and caring. They don’t keep patients waiting forever like many doctors. They have been amazing at getting my healthcare needs met on short notice. Always professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They actually listen.

    Extremely friendly staff, and easy to access the patient portal. Nurse practioner and Doctor really narrowed down my diagnosis by checking every possibility. Everybody seems extremely courteous and professional and I'm glad that we found this Medical Office. We recently moved from Houston, back to El Paso and feel at-ease knowing that we have a good medical team to take care of us.

    This practice always keeps me up to date on referrals, laboratory and diagnostic requisitions needed to maintain good health.When it is necessary for me to see a physician they always manage to squeeze me if its an urgent medical concerns and their physicians assistant Martin Burciaga is very knowledgeable and caring and available when the physician is not able to see me. I always feel like I am on the road to recovery when he attends me. I recommend this physicians office for anyone searching for a physician or needing a change from an old doctor who may not be timely (you will never wait in a waiting room for hours) Very importantly, they have assisted me in getting prior authorizations on hard to receive medications when my insurance kicks back the extremely expensive diabetic injections, cholesterol and triglycerides lowering injections. Also, they conveniently have a lab so in certain instances they have prescribed on the spot(for example for urinary tract infections, strep throat or allergies). AAA+ Rating from me!.
