Phoenix Hot Tubs and Swim Spas

I didn’t think I needed a swim spa, but after talking to Tyler I am over the top excited that I purchased one! Tyler was not only knowledgeable, but made me feel very comfortable. He never tried to pressure me into the purchase and instead made me realize a swim spa was exactly what I needed. So happy with my experience and my new swim spa!

Our experience w phoenix hot tubs and swim spas has been great. We bought our spa at the beginning of May at an expo event, Tyler helped us. We debated between the twilight and Michael Phelps, and ended up going with The Michael Phelps 700. We love it! Never felt pressure during sale, delivery process was smooth and easy, and they’ve answered every question we have had since delivery. I highly recommend Tyler and phx hot tubs!

We bought our Clarity Precision 8 from Tyler, he made our spa buying process so easy! He walked us through all the different brands and found the spa that would be best for our large family. Huge thanks to Tyler and the phoenix hot tubs team.

Brian was so cool and knew so much about the products. While we quickly realized we couldn't afford anything in the store, it was still a great experience, super informative and would recommend going here to anyone looking to buy a swim spa or jacuzzi. One of a kind showroom for sure with honest staff!

We met Jason (in Phoenix, from Tennessee) at the sales event this weekend. He and his associates we very helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable! We purchased the 18foot pool and unfortunately after getting home and taking measurements found it wasn’t going to work. Jason asked great problem solving questions and tried his best to help us figure out how to make it work. After making the decision to cancel our order, Jason and Jarrett (of Phoenix) were accommodating immediately without a guilt trip or spamming us. They offered immediate contact information to cancel our account and offered to be there for us “when we are ready”. We had such a great experience that we WILL return when the timing is right and I highly recommend working with Jason. We will work with him in our future purchases with no doubt!!! This pool is incredible if your looking for a luxury alternative to pool building . We were offered a 2 month delivery turn around verses 12-18 month with a traditional pool builder. The bells and whistles are mind blowing, but the fact that I can take my investment with me to the next home I purchase makes all the difference.
