T-Mobile sent me to iFix Solutions since I didn't have a warranty nor paid their monthly service charge. I had previously had my battery replaced at another location up North. And I was told (and shown) that the previous installation didn't PUT BACK MY SCREWS! And just glued it (sloppily) down. I was explained that the screws is the backbone of the phone. I'm so glad I took my phone here. I was given great directions on how to take care of my phone in the future. I was told the price upfront and it was very reasonable. I was even told any future problems I may occur, but, like a great doctor, was given directions on how to avoid the future problem. I would definitely return with any future issues! Great service!
