I NEVER feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They are 100% transparent with all the services done or needed for my vehicles. I don't feel like just a customer, they treat me as if I were part of their family. They'll even provide a loaner vehicle if I give them enough notice. I keep most of my vehicles in south orange county so they aren't super close to me, however I would much rather drive a little further knowing I won't get taken advantage of. Thank you so much for all you guys do!
