Vision Wellness

Contrary to others reviews not only was the Doctor attentive and through the receptionist went above and beyond to find some coverage from my insurance, which I didn't even know would be covered.

Been seeing them for years but at my last appointment I arrived 10-15 minutes early, filled out the paperwork and sat in their waiting area. Over 25 minutes go by and nothing, not a response or reason for any delay. Got up and told the lady at the reception area I've been waiting for nearly 40 minutes and had to go somewhere else and couldn't wait any longer and left. She acted like she didn't want to be bothered. Not a call back or email explaining the lateness or reason.

The Doctor himself is a nice guy, but their reception area needs help. Be forewarned.

PS: Just want back to Vision Wellness since they are so close to where I live. Arrived o\about 5 minutes ahead of time and was seen right away by a tech and then the Dr himself.

They have changed and changed for the better and I thank them for that

We have been a long time customer of vison wellness. I love everything about them. I love that their equipment is advanced and reallly love not having to do the eye ball blower. Dr Adam Lee is very nice and personable. The glasses selection was very nice one of the other reasons we will stay with vision wellness.

We had a small issue with contacts being delivered but was taken care of by vison wellness quickly by giving us more free trials while we wait.

I have a family of 4 in glasses and 1 in contacts. We will not be going anywhere else ever. Thank you for taking such great care of my family.

I have purchased several pairs of eye glasses from Vision Wellness in the last few years and yesterday I purchased another spare pair of reading glasses which fits me so perfect! Thank you always for your excellent customer service and care! You Rock!
