I’ve used Phil for panel changes and he does quality work. He’s always open to to questions I have even on unrelated topic. Great electrician.

Our control panel was melting and needed to be replaced. Reached out to Phil Monday morning at 6am and he was at my house that morning to look at the job. That same afternoon we had permits thanks to Phil and he completed the job Tuesday.

The meter socket in my electric box burned up and to my surprise it was my responsibility to provide another one. After talking to several electricians it was clear I had to replace the entire outdoor panel. I had prices from $2,800.00 to $5,700.00 when a friend that works for Solarcity said they had a company that did their panel changes much cheaper.

I called and Justin answered the phone and was able to come out the same day for an estimate. His price was $1,900.00 and included the permit which some of the others didn't. He called the power company representative directly on his cell phone and had it scheduled to do in two days, Thursday morning his crew showed up and the power was off at 7 a.m. by lunch time the city had passed the job and the power company was there to re energize my house. These guys know what they are doing and what can I say about saving a minimum of $900.00.
