Much like Kristopher and without Harold, Chowrentoys is a excellent place to purchase new and older Lego sets from. In a moment of weakness last December, Chowrentoys had several polybags that I had been scouring the interwebs for. I placed an order for 17 of them, paid for 2 Day shipping since it was Dec 17, 18 maybe, and this retailer also upgraded it to Priority Overnight and refunded me a few bucks. By using a FedEx box they were able to help me out, and I received all my items in fantastic shape. I've placed 4 orders since, have not been disappointed since in their service, just with FedEx's delays (no store's fault however, it's a Memphis issue).

So there I was with a random desire to purchase some discontinued lego sets. Amazon had them for $Texas and I wanted them real, real bad - but not that bad. I looked around on the internet, and while my lego collection is shamefully large I haven't purchased any of it not from lego directly. I don't know who to trust or who will take my money for some knockoff in return. Wildfires, Pandemics, expensive lego sets, Who can I turn to in these trying times?

Luckily, I turned to chowrentoys. I placed my order, finished up my prayer and before I could even sacrifice a goat to the internet gods I had an email saying my order was shipped. One shaking hand gripped tightly to the ceremonial dagger, the other around my beloved goat Harold. I thought to myself "is this real? Has it already shipped?", Harold bleated softly to no one in particular.

It was true, the items shipped immediately - and more than that; on arrival they were packaged and secured more professionally than I have seen anywhere else. I am so exceptionally happy that I had the pleasure of ordering from you guys and appreciative of the communication and speed of receiving my order. I will happily shop with you again when the desire returns and Harold will be happy that I know of your store now.

I highly recommend Chowren Toys. I was able to purchase a retired Lego set for a fair price, sealed and new in box. The set was a regular retail set, NOT a knockoff that was missing box and instructions and coming direct from overseas. This was shipped super fast from the state of Washington. Initially, the price charged for shipping seemed high. When the item was actually shipped, Chowren chose a different shipping method that cost less...and REFUNDED to me the $8 savings! How many retailers do that? I was very impressed with the speed to ship, the refund of the shipping price that they saved, and the frequent emails letting me know what was going on. When I received the item, it was completely as described. The "shop wear" on the box was barely noticeable! I would not hesitate to purchase again from Chowren if they had an item that I was looking for. Kudos to an honest and customer service oriented retailer!!!
