Ryan spent a lot of time going over my new machine with me as well as answering general questions about CPAP maintenance and care. I felt really confident leaving that I will be able to manage all the functions of my new device. What I really like about our Fresno office is that when you call Ryan exhibits a lot of patience helping you navigate issues over the phone.

I noticed that after the recall of my dream station Cpap machine, the air upon exhalation felt different whenever I used it. It was less forceful than my recollection prior to the recall. After carefully trying to explain to my representative (technician Jorge), he was able to process the details of my problem and narrow it down to possibly the pressure and/or the flex settings that needed to be adjusted. I was going to check with my sleep doctor concerning the issue but before I left the facility, Jorge came out to my car to inform me that he was able to figure out what the problem was after looking further into my medical records. He ended up readjusting my pressure after he discovered that it had been increased per documentation. I was happy that he took the added time to finally fix the problem I was having and I appreciate all the time and patient teaching he spent with me. Thank you Jorge! Excellent job!
