This is my 3rd session so I can honestly say that my sessions have been what I need. My therapist is knowledgeable and provided tools that I could use on a daily basis. It's been a struggle for me but I recommend counseling to anyone. Now the bad. The building is old but that's downtown Jonesboro. The area is nice and safe and she makes you feel welcome.
